the hosts were super friendly n welcoming, it really made my stay nice. the location is perfect, just a min walk to the park for my princes parkrun. breakfast was fab, lots of options like cereals, fruits, eggs, and croissants. bed was mega comfy too! overall, def gonna recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill stay.
honestly, there weren't many issues, but the bathroom could use a bit more space and the shower was a lil small.

I had an amazing stay with my family, enjoying a lovely late breakfast and a spacious room with all the comforts. The hotel had a nice garden perfect for relaxing and a cozy lounge for unwinding after a busy day. It was a bit unusual that there wasn't a sign outside to identify the place, but it really felt like a hidden gem! 😊

A warm and personal welcome sets the tone for an enjoyable stay. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, offering detailed local insights that enhance the experience. The breakfast selection, including organic jams, was both generous and of high quality. some noise from nearby streets could invade the otherwise quiet ambiance at times. while the room was comfortable, the furnishings felt slightly dated compared to the overall charm. A recommendation for those looking for a cozy retreat.

John was a lifesaver when we needed to check in early after a long trip, and even set us up with breakfast boxes for our son’s graduation day, which was super thoughtful. The big room was a relief given the heat, and coming back to a cool space was just what we needed after our adventures.
It wasn't inexpensive, but totally worth it under the circumstances.

Warm atmosphere and fantastic breakfasts
I had a lovely stay, enjoying a cozy and quiet room that provided a perfect retreat after exploring Liverpool. The breakfast was a standout feature, with freshly baked croissants, a variety of fruits, and eggs that set me up for the day. The location is ideal, being close to parks and bus routes making the city easily accessible. a bit more attention to bathroom space would enhance the experience.
